Convergence of Tech using AI to make cars drive by itself

Dr. Roshy John, is described by NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies) as "The Man Who Kickstarted India's Driverless Car Revolution" for his contribution to the Self Driving Car industry. He is currently the founder of three startups focusing on Autonomous Cars, Green Energy and Robotics for Defence Applications respectively. He was the former Global Head of Robotics & Cognitive Systems at Tata Consultancy Services.

Dr Roshy John did his Ph. D. in Robotics from NIT Tiruchirappalli, India. He has 20 years of experience in developing robots for different industries such as consumer electronics, automotive, retail and banking. He has over 40 patents filed in robotics, consumer electronics and software algorithms.

Dr Roshy as part of his startup RoshAi focuses on developing Autonomous driving algorithm for geographies which have "defensive driving" as a practice. This Start-up's major focus is to help Automotive Companies, Automotive OEMs and Aspiring EV Manufacturers to do quicker time to market with RoshAi's patented Autonomy kits, SDKs, Software Platforms and AV/ADAS Testing Infrastructure.

Dr.Roshy's vision is to support the young generation to come out with inventions and technologies which eventually fuel the growth and transformation of our Nation to become a large indigenous technology provider than just being into IT services outsourcing.
